I love to eat chocolate. Growing up, I was always a milk chocolate candy guy, with an impeccable sweet tooth I took from my mom. And then I moved to Northern California and the first time a winery paired red wine with dark chocolate, I was hooked on dark. Thanks to some friendships with Dandelion Chocolate and Eric Wolfinger, one of the worlds best food photographers, I started making my own chocolate bars in 2017. My equipment and chocolate knowledge has grown since then, and this blog is here to share a little bit of what goes into making my homemade bars.
