Started smelling chocolate around 12 min in, but comes and goes. Definitely start to smell at the 14 min in. First crack with 3:25 left, second crack 2:20 left, hit C (reset to 3:10). 2 min left: brownie smell begins. 1 min left: some fruity smells coming out (more pops). 15 seconds left, sharpness comes in, added another 15 seconds (maybe I shouldn’t have. We’ll see in the chocolate when we make it). Apartment smells a little bit of overcooked brownies, so a bit worried I went too far. But later on the apartment smelled amazing, so shrug.
