1kg x2 to make 2kg. Roasted P2 with no additions. Beans were at 77F. Preheated each batch for 1:15 by pressing “1/4” and start until timer reads 7:15.
Batch 1: P2 for 20 min. Ended with strong brownie smell, no burnt smell. No cracks. Smells really good.
Batch 2: P2 for 20 min. Light brownie smell 12 min in, pronounced brownie smell by 15 min in. cracks with 30 sec left
(1905g of nibs + husk after cracking)
Nibs: 1645g (82%)
75% dark = 548g sugar
Liquid chocolate: 2009g (92%)
